Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire the restaurant team through positive, hands-on leadership
- Create a culture rooted in hospitality, collaboration, accountability, and generosity
- Maintain a calm, solutions-oriented presence during service and operational challenges
- Ensure exceptional, thoughtful, and personalized guest experiences at all times
- Maintain elevated service standards while creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
- Build strong guest relationships and cultivate community loyalty
- Address guest feedback professionally and proactively
- Champion a hospitality culture that feels warm, polished, and approachable
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including service, staffing, scheduling, and floor management
- Maintain operational excellence across cleanliness, organization, safety, and presentation
- Monitor labor, inventory, and cost controls to support financial performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and operational procedures
- Partner with culinary and leadership teams to support menu rollouts and seasonal initiatives
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop hospitality-focused team members
- Conduct performance conversations and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship
- Promote strong communication and teamwork across all departments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale casual, wellness-focused, or hospitality-driven concepts
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality, food culture, wellness, and community-building
- Experience managing high-volume service while maintaining elevated standards
- Financial and operational management experience preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
