Schedule

• Full-time, on-site position
• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Shifts between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
• Contract period: 10/01/2026 to 05/31/2027

Responsibilities

• Execute production plans to produce high-quality plants and flowers
• Harvest, process, plant, space, and clear plants and flowers
• Manage canopy and pests
• Perform routine cleaning, inspection, lubrication, precision checks, and light maintenance tasks
• Conduct simple replacements and repairs of facility and equipment
• Operate forklift as needed
• Perform duties while meeting quality specifications and safety requirements

Requirements

• No high school diploma or GED required
• No formal education or previous experience required; on-the-job training provided
• Ability to lift and carry up to 52 pounds
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, and grasp for extended periods
• Exposure to extreme temperatures
• Extensive pushing, pulling, walking, or sitting required
• Frequent stooping or bending over required
• Repetitive movements required
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence in English or Spanish
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Color vision and ability to adjust focus
• Proof of legal authority to work in the U.S. required

Pay

• Hourly rate: $17.65
• Overtime pay: 1.5 times the regular rate for hours worked in excess of 48 per week

Benefits

• Work guaranteed for 3/4 of the contract period, starting from the date of arrival at the work site
• Free housing provided for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance
• Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to the work site upon 50% completion of the work contract for eligible workers
• Daily subsistence during travel: at least $16.78 per day, up to $68.00 per day with receipts
• Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by the employer
• Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST): 1 hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours per year (minimum 80 hours worked in a calendar year required)
