About the role

Full‑time GreenDrop Site Attendant position with a set schedule Sunday to Thursday. Pay range: $15.35 – $19.19 per hour. Location: 12841 Galveston Court, Manassas, VA 20112. Classified as hourly (FLSA) and no travel required.

What You’ll Be Working On

The GreenDrop Site Attendant role is critical to ensuring exceptional service to donors each day. The attendant leads by example and demonstrates the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet donors in a friendly manner while wearing the full GreenDrop uniform.
• Engage in pleasant conversation and acquire donations using the bin.
• Assist donors with their donations and help unload their vehicles.
• Record donor information on the company iPad using a tablet holder.
• Assist the truck driver during donation pick‑ups.
• Organize donations in the stock room.
• Maintain cleanliness of the site, both inside and outside.
• Fill out supply orders to keep the site stocked with necessary tools.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
• Be on‑site during scheduled working hours and perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb continuously throughout the day.
• Ability to work in outside conditions across different seasons.

• Strong communication skills with donors, co‑workers, and management.
