The Opportunity FuntoNetwork is seeking a Transit Design-Build Technical Lead for upcoming project opportunity: Design-Build for Transit Facility Upfit Projects. Core Responsibilities Execute the Transit Design-Build Technical Lead scope for Design-Build for Transit Facility Upfit Projects: Lead multidisciplinary design, constructability, scope integration, permitting, technical submittals, and design-change control.Baseline the role work package, deliverables, resource assignments, dependencies, milestones, acceptance criteria, and reporting calendar.Coordinate client decisions and cross-workstream handoffs; maintain the integrated schedule, action register, and accountable owners.Control scope, budget, risks, issues, changes, and quality reviews; escalate variances with documented recovery actions.Conduct deliverable reviews, obtain acceptance, complete operational handoff, and close the work package with a reconciled evidence file.Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness. What You Bring Demonstrated experience performing Transit Design-Build Technical Lead responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
