IT Engagements is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide-range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions. We have an immediate opening for the position of GRC Specialist (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
Location: Charlotte, NC / Chandler, AZ / Iselin, NJ
Experience: 14 years (Not less than 14 years)
Duraton: 12 Months

Visa: GC, GCEAD, H4EAD, USC
- Review and assess existing infrastructure-related controls
- Rewrite and standardize control documentation
- Identify redundant or outdated controls and recommend removal
- Partner with operations teams to understand real-world processes
- Design controls that are measurable and audit-ready
- Support control testing and validation activities
- Identify gaps and recommend new controls where needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in GRC / Controls / Operational Risk
- Experience with control design, documentation, and testing
- Familiarity with SOX or similar regulatory frameworks
- Ability to translate business/technical processes into control language
- Experience working in banking or regulated environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to infrastructure operations (incident, change, monitoring, backups)
- Prior experience with control remediation or transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
