Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of enterprise architecture and portfolio management frameworks
• Assess vendors for cyber supply chain risks and mitigate potential threats
• Support the implementation of strong software bill of materials (SBOM) practices
• Drive the adoption of digital operations and platform-first approaches
• Provide guidance on IT governance and its importance in avoiding failures
• Support the transition from traditional operations to more agile and digital models

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in federal IT or similar environment
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
• Strong understanding of IT governance and risk management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with federal procurement processes and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and supply chain risk mitigation
