The Visual Designer will support a high-profile client in the gambling and entertainment industry. This role requires strong production design skills, quick adaptation to brand guidelines, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time, remote position with an average of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce digital marketing assets, including website banners, display advertising, social media graphics, email assets, and promotional creative
  • Create and update HTML5 animated banner ads and other motion-based digital assets
  • Execute light video editing and formatting for digital and social channels
  • Adapt campaign creative across multiple formats and specifications
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital, television, radio, and out-of-home channels
  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Creative Director, and Copywriter to bring campaign concepts to life
  • Ensure designs align with brand standards and campaign objectives
  • Prepare production-ready files and assets for deployment across various media channels
  • Manage multiple projects and deliverables while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of professional graphic design, visual design, or production design experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing and advertising work
  • Experience designing banner ads, web assets, and digital marketing creative
  • Working knowledge of HTML5 banner animations and best practices
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
  • Ability to work within established brand systems and creative direction
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions in a collaborative environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting clients in gaming, gambling, entertainment, sports, hospitality, or consumer-facing industries
  • Familiarity with regulated industries and compliance-driven creative review processes
  • Experience working with integrated advertising campaigns that include TV, radio, digital, and social media
  • Connections to or familiarity with the Florida market
