Animation experience Extreme attention to detail Expert communicator Adept at translating approved design concepts into multiple sizes and formats to ensure continuity. Solid skills in typography, layout, and graphic design. Fully understands the prepress process, including knowledge of artwork file prep for final output. Meticulous, detail-oriented, perfectionist approach to quality control. Confident working well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and flexibility to execute last-minute changes accurately and efficiently. Able to handle multiple jobs simultaneously, and the ability to be a team player is essential. Desired Education//Certifications Digital Asset Management System experience is a plus. Scripting & Automation experience is a plus. Job Overview Associate position in a fast-paced, high-volume, retail-based creative services department. The Graphic Production Designer/Artist is a member of the Production Art team operating within the creative services department. It is both a technical and creative role, working closely with and supporting the Senior Designer and Art Director to build multiple printer ready files. Responsibilities Provide graphic production support (Retail-specific) to the senior graphic designer and layout production team. Layout and resizing of marketing collateral. Create layouts and incorporate design into standardized templates. Accurately assemble all elements of production design and copy. Prepare final files for print production, pre-flight, export, and upload files to web-based systems. Partner with traffic, retouching, and marketing to communicate and manage deliverables. Develop, communicate, and maintain best practices for process and workflow. File management and organization.
