Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop compelling visual concepts across print, digital, and video platforms.
- Work closely with the Creative Director to bring campaigns from ideation to polished final output.
- Translate strategic objectives into visually engaging creative across all GSR brands and venues.
- Create motion graphics for digital signage, broadcast, social media, and in-house video content.
- Design and animate kinetic typography, lower thirds, transitions, animated logos, and promotional motion assets.
- Collaborate with the video team to produce cohesive, high impact visual storytelling.
- Create digital assets for web, email, social, and paid media.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and ensure production-ready accuracy.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective, on-brand creative.
- Work with external vendors, printers, and production partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with precision, organization, and communication.
- Meet requirements of regular attendance in order to effectively complete job responsibilities in a timely manner.

- Comfortable presenting and articulating design decisions clearly.
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends as business needs dictate.
Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
- 4+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Physical Demands
- Constantly sitting and occasionally standing, walking, reaching overhead, bending over, crouching, and kneeling during the duration of their shift.
- Must be able to push/pull 10 lbs or less occasionally.
- Repetitive use of both hands, frequent light grasping motions, and occasional firm/strong grasping motions.
- Constant use of vision abilities including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision.
