Job Responsibilities

• Distributing mail
• Ordering and stocking supplies
• Answering phones
• Greeting visitors
• Aids in clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources
• Filing, data entry, record review, and maintenance
• Greeting customers, clients, and employees
• Answering inquiries or directing calls as needed
• Maintaining office memos and informational postings
• Operating technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office

Qualifications

• Prior administrative experience preferred
• Solid understanding of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Accuracy and attention to detail

Compensation

The Hourly rate for this position is $23.00 to $26.00. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
