Graphic Designer Student Assistant - CUTR

Responsibilities

• Aid in the creation of graphics for print and digital materials, such as flyers, posters, presentations, and social media content.
• Edit short video clips for educational purposes and online content.
• Assist with other creative projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student at the University of South Florida.
• Strong visual communication skills with an understanding of design principles.
• Portfolio showcasing creative abilities in graphic design, videography, or other relevant visual mediums.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Basic experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

About the Role

The Center for Urban Transportation Research (CUTR) at the University of South Florida is seeking a creative and motivated OPS student assistant to join our team. The position will help design and develop creative assets for the Motorcycle Injury Prevention Research (MIPR) Program. Our team conducts research and educational outreach to prevent motor-vehicle injuries and deaths with a focus on motorcycles.
