Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketing Executive

Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh | Full-time (38 hrs per week) | 5 working days (12:00 PM – 7:00 PM)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and experienced AI Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Executive to join our new team for the brand ZENJI, an Australia-based clothing brand targeting the Australian market. Your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality visual content from scratch and use it to grow our social media presence organically. Our goal is to achieve organic traffic, engagement, and brand visibility through high-quality AI-generated content and effective social media marketing. Candidates who perform well during the probation period will be considered for a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics, posters, banners, advertisements, and social media creatives from scratch.
• Create high-quality AI-generated images and videos from scratch for daily content.
• Produce engaging short-form videos using AI tools for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and YouTube Shorts.
• Plan, create, and publish content consistently across all social media platforms.
• Develop and execute organic social media growth strategies.
• Increase brand awareness, organic traffic, engagement, and visibility.
• Manage social media accounts and respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Monitor content performance and continuously improve results.
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, design trends, fashion trends, and social media best practices.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in content creation, digital media, or social media marketing.
• Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art History or related field.
