Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities Create compelling designs for social media posts, banners, ads, and marketing materials.Develop visual content for websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels.Manage daily social media activities across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools.Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly to maintain community engagement.Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.Track key metrics and analyze performance to optimize content and campaigns.Stay updated with design trends and social media best practices.Collaborate with the marketing team to align brand voice and content strategy. Skills And Qualifications Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.Experience in social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand identity.Excellent knowledge of popular social media platforms and trends.Ability to create graphics and layouts optimized for various platforms.Basic knowledge of video editing tools (preferred).Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines. Education Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
