Graphic Designer - Marketing and Packaging

Clutch Creative is a rapidly growing staffing agency connecting talented professionals with top opportunities. We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer for a client in Cincinnati, OH, focusing on branding, packaging design, marketing collateral, and print/digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Packaging & Print Design: Create stunning layouts, structural concepts, and visual assets for product packaging, point-of-sale displays, brochures, advertising, and print collateral.
• Marketing & Digital Content: Design engaging visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, websites, email graphics, and online advertising.
• Art Direction & Concepting: Shape the visual direction of designs by selecting artwork, creating custom illustrations, choosing color palettes, and establishing typography hierarchies.
• Production & Press Checks: Oversee pre-press preparation, manage file handoffs, and conduct live press checks to ensure print quality, color accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative team members, including art directors, copywriters, and production artists, to bring concepts to life under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in packaging design, print production, and marketing collateral.
• Mastery of industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Deep knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and pre-press production requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in managing complex asset handoffs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and meet fast-paced deadlines.

Skills

• Familiarity or background in UI/UX design principles and digital product deliverables (bonus).

This is an on-site role requiring 5 days a week in Cincinnati, OH.
