Graphic Designer III - Part Time

About the Role

This hybrid position requires a minimum of on-site work once per month after training and acclimation is complete. Additional on-site work may be required as needed.

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. (CNI) serves as a holding company with multiple subsidiaries engaged in business services, health, infrastructure and engineering, mission optimization, technology, and transportation for federal and commercial clients. Responsibilities

• Leads design projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborates with clients to understand design needs and objectives.
• Develops and presents design proposals and strategies to clients.
• Creates high-quality designs for print and digital mediums.
• Provides feedback to junior graphic designers.
• Coordinates with external vendors and printers to ensure accurate production.
• Stays updated with emerging design trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment, and property.
• Must possess appropriate level of certifications as required.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four to seven (4-7) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro
  • Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word)
  • Layout and publication design
  • JAWS and Section 508 accessibility requirements
  • Forms and document design
  • Creating accessible PDFs and electronic publications
  • Knowledge of plain language principles

• Work is primarily performed in an office/warehouse setting.
• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms (occasionally above head).

• Regularly exposed to general office and office machinery noise.

Pay

The estimated pay range for this role is $38 to $42 per hour, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
