Graphic Designer (Part-Time)

About the role

We're a digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses grow through smart, data-driven campaigns. We're seeking a Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact digital ads — HTML5, Google Display, LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram
• Create landing pages and layout designs that support SEO and paid campaigns
• Develop video ads and animated graphics for social and display platforms
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to deliver polished concepts on time
• Quickly implement revision feedback and maintain agency speed
• Ensure brand consistency across all client deliverables
• Leverage AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney) to accelerate creative production
• Avoid trends in digital design and share insights with the team

Requirements

• 1+ year of graphic design experience in a digital advertising or multimedia agency
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Canva
• Portfolio showcasing digital ads, landing pages, and social graphics
• Familiarity with UX/web design best practices
• Experience with AI image generation tools
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Ability to work across multiple platforms, including Google Web Designer
