Graphic Designer Hybrid Pittsburgh PA

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (hybrid/in office 3 days per week, Mon, Tues, and Thurs)

About the role

Design and produce digital assets for web, email, social media, presentations, and other digital channels. Collaborate with marketing, communications, developers, and business partners to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions. Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality. Prepare files for digital production and work with stakeholders to implement revisions as needed. Participate in project meetings, creative reviews, and team briefings while managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Professional experience creating digital and graphic design assets
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred
• Experience designing for responsive web and digital platforms with an understanding of UX/UI design principles
