Graphic Designer & Digital Media Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cover design and implementation of company assets – includes traditional elements (posters, flyers, advertisements) along with digital banner ads, social content including photography, videography and editing, and the creation of marketing collateral within brand guidelines for both internal and external audiences
  • Support advertising campaigns including social, email, and traditional marketing channels; generate quarterly reports tracking CTR’s, conversions, impressions, and return on ad spending (ROAS) to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Monitor social media across multiple platforms with attention to data-driven insights to improve audience and customer engagement
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite and Hootsuite for posting, monitoring and reporting on organization accounts
  • Create and maintain information-capturing web forms and databases
  • Aid in design, creation, and execution of mobile applications
  • Aid in copywriting, editing, and stakeholder outreach

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related fields preferred
  • 2-4 years marketing and graphic design experience
  • 1-2 years of social media monitoring and copywriting experience
  • Profiency in web-based applications and Content Management Software (CMS): Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, Microsoft Office, and PHP
  • Ability to work under pressure, team-oriented, and have a positive attitude
