Graphic Designer Customer Service

About the role

We specialize in large-format graphics design, printing and install. Your are primarily responsible for handling the customer, understanding their requirements and converting them to solutions. This also includes understanding customer requirements, doing graphic design, preparing proof/mockup; making production ready file using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and Operations support.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design and make proofs / mockups using Adobe Illustrator and photoshop
• Operations support
• Support customers requirements using CRM software, phone and emails
• Customer service and vendor management

Requirements

• 2-3 year of using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Working at a Design studio or Print Company
• Ability to be hands on
• Customer centric

Pay

Compensation: $18.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly

Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5 PM
