About the role

The WordPress Developer will join a highly motivated development team focused on delivering high-quality WordPress solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop WordPress-based themes and plugins using PHP, CSS, and HTML
• Configure content management interfaces within WordPress and enter complex content in Gutenberg or other page builders
• Perform off-the-shelf theme configuration and extension as well as custom theme development

Requirements

• Intermediate skills in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and WordPress
• At least 2 years of concentrated WordPress usage in theme development and configuration
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly both verbally and in writing
• Experience with Git and preferably GitHub
• The ability to set up a local development environment
• Exceptionally creative problem solver

Qualifications

Early to mid-level experience in WordPress development and support.

Skills

• Intermediate technical acumen
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
