We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Designer to join our Accounting and Finance team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with the ability to translate complex financial information into engaging visual content. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will work closely with our financial analysts and marketing team to create visually appealing and informative content for our website, social media, and print materials. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work with a diverse team and contribute to our company's growth and success.

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and finance teams to understand project requirements and create compelling visual content that effectively communicates financial information.
• Utilize design software such as Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe UI to create graphics, animations, and other visual elements.
• Design and develop user interfaces and user experiences (UI/UX) for our digital platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly, effective, and appealing.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Translate complex financial data into easily understandable infographics and visualizations.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and keep abreast of latest technologies that can help improve our graphics and designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the finance or accounting industry.
• Proficiency in design software including Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe UI, and HTML.
• Experience in creating wireframes, animations, and other visual content.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your graphic design skills and creative thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and present design ideas.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Knowledge of the finance or accounting industry is a plus.
