Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual identities for high-growth beauty products
• Design engaging graphics for social media and email campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
• Edit photos, typography, and composites to enhance visual storytelling
• Stay updated on the latest social media platforms and creative trends
• Evolving designs based on feedback and client needs

Requirements

• 2-3 years of graphic design experience with a strong creative portfolio
• Digital design expertise, especially for social media and emails
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and associated design tools
• Experience working within brand guidelines and collaborating across teams
• Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure
• Strong communicator able to receive feedback and evolve designs
• Experience in CPG, beauty, cosmetics, or agency settings preferred

Qualifications

• Up to date on the latest social media platforms and creative trends
• Adept at editing photos, typography, and compositing; bonus points for video editing
