Daily Tasks
- Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization.

- Serve as an external key educator to our community and customers.
- Communicate customer requirements to the support team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
- Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.

Our tight-knit team in AlphaGraphics - US720 is actively seeking a Graphic Designer and Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join us full time. This position is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met, as well as some design when needed.

Graphic Designer and Customer Service Representative (CSR) Daily Tasks:
