Responsibilities
- Collect and organize information for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
- Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents.
Qualifications
- Associates of Arts or Science OR two-year technical school degree + minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- High school diploma / GED plus 10 years' experience.
- Experience with collecting and organizing information for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant graphics support experience, or military experience E4 and up.
