About the role

The intention of this contract is to provide support for creation, maintenance, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of Graphic Design data. This position is 100% onsite in Dalghren, VA.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site high-level computer graphic design activities to produce brochures, briefings, displays, visual analytic products, and other materials
• Participate in all aspects of graphics/illustration projects from conceptualization and development to final presentation
• Utilize current graphic design technology and computer software packages to produce and develop high-level graphics and miscellaneous media
• Propose creative input to final decision makers related to design and composition of data that appeal to a broad military audience

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the career field and graphic design
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Skills

• Proficient in PhotoShop, Adobe Illustration Package, 3D Modeling, Animation, Web-Design and HTML, Authoring of Courseware and Internet Sites
• Proficient in Microsoft products and systems

Qualifications

• Must hold an active security clearance at the Top Secret level (active Top Secret clearance preferred)
• US Citizenship required for Top Secret clearance at this location

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 5 to 10 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically

Pay

Set Range: $155,000–$165,000. Salary information is a general guideline; Bowhead considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, and market and business considerations when extending an offer.
