Key Responsibilities
- Develop seasonal graphic concepts for a range of apparel categories while managing multiple product seasons
- Take a deep dive into the global customer mindset through market, field & relevant social research
- Develop cutting edge print and technique graphics following each brand's guidelines
- Explore and research emerging trends in the global market to deliver product that is aligned with the customer and market landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams with an action-oriented, positive and proactive mindset
- Present artwork and communicate vision to senior leadership as relevant to customer needs and market trends
- Manage design workflow and deadlines within a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably for a global retailer
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and experience preparing print-ready files for multiple production methods
- A portfolio showcasing strong design skills in color theory, composition, and concept development as well as excellent typography skills
- Experience managing and mentoring junior designers
- Ability to identify and interpret relevant fashion trends into branded content
- Strong understanding of apparel construction, print techniques (screen print, embroidery, sublimation), and color separations
- Demonstrated knowledge of Gen Z visual culture, social media trends, and contemporary youth-oriented aesthetics
- Excellent typographic sensibility and hand-drawn or digital illustration capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and seasonal deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving in production and quality issues
