Work You'll Do

  • Support the engagement team in evaluating business process, financial, and technology risks.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and develop reports and materials to help define client issues and recommendations.
  • Participate in operational and risk assessments, including the evaluation of performance measures and indicators.
  • Aid in process improvement efforts, including process modeling, documentation, and current-state and future-state analysis.
  • Contribute to benchmarking, regulatory risk management, and other finance transformation activities that support client program objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Likely to be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • 2+ years of professional consulting or client-facing experience
  • 2+ years supporting ERP implementation projects, technology transformation initiatives, data analytics initiatives, or business process improvement efforts.
  • 2+ years experience working with advanced Excel functions, PowerPoint or AI-enabled tools
  • Experience with grants management or grants lifecycle management
  • Experience supporting finance transformation, budgeting, financial reporting, accounting operations, program finance
  • PMP or other consulting/project management certifications
  • Familiarity with reporting, business intelligence, EPM, or ERP platforms
