Responsibilities
- Complete and present required (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and annually) financial reports to Executive Director, Board of Directors, Catholic Charities (Main Office), government agencies, and funding sources.
- Prepare monthly financial statements for the Executive Office and Board of Directors.
- Prepare and analyze budgets and reports for all funding sources, including total agency budget on an ongoing basis.
- Supervise assigned programs as determined by the Executive Director by recruiting, training, and supervising middle management positions in the assigned program.
- Assist Executive Director in overseeing the Corporate Compliance program to ensure that agency and employees comply with laws and regulations by developing standards of conduct and policies for employees to adhere to.
- Promote a positive work environment that reflects the mission and values of the organization. Supervisors are accountable for fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while supporting the wellbeing and effectiveness of their teams.
- Ensure appropriate staff coverage by creating and maintaining work schedules.
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience working with a diverse population.
- Valid driver's license, proof of current car insurance and registration, and access to a reliable, working vehicle.
Pay
Minimum Salary: $72,000/year
Maximum Salary: $80,000/year
Schedule
Monday-Friday (35 hours a week)
