Grants Data Analyst

Schedule

Hybrid: one day per week, Thursdays. Initial duration: 9 months.

Responsibilities

This position is focused on reconciling grant data between the State’s new ERP system (Workday), state agency records, and federal drawdown data. Training on state grant data and reconciliation methods will be provided at the beginning of the engagement; thereafter the candidate will work directly with state agency staff assisting with data reconciliation.

• Proficiency in Excel
• Willingness to learn the state’s method for data reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy

Preferred Experience

Experience with federal grants is preferred but not required.
