GRANTS & CONTRACTS AWARD ANALYST

About the role

This position is remote hybrid-eligible after completion of the probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Collects and reviews all post-award documentation for awards resulting in transmission of complete award package to Grants and Contracts Accounting.
• Reviews and approves award elements, verifies compliance approvals and verifies that all terms and conditions for each new award is updated in MURE while providing a correct detailed budget.
• Manages detailed MURE quality assurance processes for all processed awards to ensure reporting integrity.
• Creates and processes to completion all Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Interagency Personnel Agreement (IPA) proposals and awards.
• Reviews submissions and awards and provides assistance with sponsor regulations and university policies as they relate to proposals and awards.
• Ensures proper grant award training documentation and provides assistance regarding budgets and award processing.
• Develops future award processes for non-federal award types such as industry, non-profit, state and local.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration or a related field.
• Four (4) years of related experience required.
• Work experience may substitute for education requirement.

Pay

$50,050 – $81,330
