We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to extract relevant content. Let's parse the posting. Key parts: - Opportunity description: "As a member of the Elson S. Knowledge of grant and contract methods and procedures. - Preferred Qualifications: Previous higher education experience in pre- and/or post-award grants and contracts. Master’s degree in business or related field. - Position Sponsorship Eligibility: Not eligible for work visa sponsorship - Area/College: Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine Department Name: Office of Research Location: Spokane, WA This position is located on the WSU Spokane campus in Spokane, WA, and may be eligible for a hybrid or regionally remote work arrangement, to be discussed if selected for an interview. - Time Type: Full time Position Term: 12 Month - Other statements about WSU encouraging qualified candidates etc. Those are boilerplate EEO etc. Should be removed. We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe the Opportunity description), Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions percentages and details), Requirements (maybe Required Qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications?), Skills (maybe computer skills etc), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we must not create sections with filler. Must only include sections where there is real specific content. We need to decide mapping. "About the role": could be the Opportunity description paragraph(s). That's substantive. "Responsibilities": could be the Essential Job Functions percentages and the list of duties (post award, pre award, lead, process development, other). Also the detailed duties list (initiation of subawards etc). Could combine. "Requirements": maybe the Required Qualifications. "Qualifications": maybe Preferred Qualifications. "Skills": maybe computer skills, knowledge of tools, etc. But those are already in Required Qualifications. Might be redundant. Could combine skills into Requirements. But we need to follow instruction: Use sections only when posting has real specific content. We can decide to have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Skills maybe not needed if covered. But we need to include Skills if there is specific content not covered elsewhere. The posting includes "Demonstrated computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook and Access." and "Knowledge of tools including database administration, electronic proposal systems or other related software." That's skills. Could be placed under Skills section. But we also have Required Qualifications that includes that. Could split: Required Qualifications as Requirements, Preferred Qualifications as Qualifications, and Skills as separate. But we must avoid duplication. However instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details, but we can organize them into sections without duplication? If we split, we might duplicate some content if we place same bullet in two sections. Better to allocate each piece to one section. Let's design: - About the role: Opportunity description (the paragraph about role). - Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions percentages and the detailed list of duties (post award, pre award, lead, process development, other) plus the specific activities (initiation of subawards etc). Could be a list. - Requirements: Required Qualifications (bullet list). - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (bullet list). - Skills: Demonstrated computer skills, knowledge of tools, working knowledge of regulations, knowledge of grant and contract methods and procedures. Actually those are part of Required Qualifications. But we could move them to Skills and keep Required Qualifications as education/experience only. However Required Qualifications includes those items. To avoid duplication, we could keep Required Qualifications as education/experience only, and Skills as the rest. But the posting lumps them together; we need to preserve all info, not necessarily keep same grouping. It's okay to reformat as long as we preserve all info. So we can separate. Let's extract: Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 18 quarters or 12 semester hours in accounting, auditing, or budgeting and two (2) years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent education/experience. Then the rest: Demonstrated knowledge in research operations, grants and contracts administration or budget/finance management or related experience. Demonstrated computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook and Access. Knowledge of tools including database administration, electronic proposal systems or other related software. Working knowledge of federal, state and sponsor regulations, guidelines pertaining to contract and grant administration. Knowledge of grant and contract methods and procedures. Thus we can put education/experience under Requirements, and the rest under Skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous higher education experience in pre- and/or post-award grants and contracts. Master’s degree in business or related field. Benefits: as described. Pay: Monthly Salary: $5,240 to $7,044 (Steps A-M) | Range 55 | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position. Schedule: Time Type Full time Position Term 12 Month. Also mention overtime eligible. Also mention hybrid or regionally remote work arrangement possible. So schedule section can include full-time, 12-month, overtime eligible, hybrid/remote possibility. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions, background check, etc. Now produce HTML. We need headings

for each section. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not include job title heading. Let's craft. Section About the role:

    About the role

    then

with the opportunity description paragraph(s). Could be multiple paragraphs but we can combine into one

with line breaks? Probably just one

    . Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    then maybe a
with items: 50% Post Award Grants Management, 25% Pre-Award Management, 10% Lead, 10% Grants Management Process Development and Improvement, 5% Other. Also include the detailed duties list: initiation of subawards, no-cost extensions, award renewals, continuations/amendments, supplement funds, effort certification, payroll assignment/accounting, budget reporting, rebudgeting, carryforward, spend forecasting, award closeout; serve as subject matter expert in award management: reconciling contract language with award data points in Workday, analyzing fiscal data from account allocations, expense postings, encumbrances, balances, and revenue collection; provide narrative of account health in meetings with PIs, make recommendations, initiate adjustments or take corrective action, key contributor to account reconciliation process. Could be separate
        or combine. Requirements:

        Requirements

        then
          with education/experience bullet. Skills:

          Skills

          then
with demonstrated knowledge in research operations..., demonstrated computer skills..., knowledge of tools..., working knowledge of federal..., knowledge of grant and contract methods... Qualifications:

            Qualifications

            then
              with preferred qualifications. Benefits:

              Benefits

              then
                with benefits list. Pay:

                Pay

                then

                with salary details. Schedule:

                Schedule

                then

with full-time, 12-month, overtime eligible, hybrid/regionally remote possible. Make sure not to include any filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific content. Now produce HTML fragment. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we omitted screening date? That's additional info but not in sections; maybe we could include in About the role or Responsibilities? It's not a duty. Could be omitted? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away
