Grants Analyst - Non-Profit
About the role
A non-profit organization located near Mid-Wilshire is seeking a hybrid Grants Analyst on a potential contract-to-hire basis. The Senior Grant Analyst will work with federal, state, and county grant funding sources on billing, analyzing various grant funding sources, allocating grant funding, analyzing department budgets, revenue forecasting, as well as analyzing grant billing and invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Working with federal, state, and county grant funding sources on billing, analyzing various grant funding sources, allocating grant funding, analyzing department budgets, revenue forecasting, as well as analyzing grant billing and invoicing.
- Managing fiscal compliance.
- Aiding with budget development.
- Preparing fiscal reports.
- Assisting with grant reporting, audits, and ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related discipline is preferred.
- At least three years of non-profit federal, state, and county grant funding finance experience.
- Very good time management and communication skills.
- Strong MS Office knowledge is required.

Pay
$40 - 45/hr.
