Grants Analyst - Non-Profit

About the role

The Grant Analyst will be responsible for working with federal, state, and county grant funding sources on billing, analyzing various grant funding sources, allocating grant funding, analyzing department budgets, revenue forecasting, as well as analyzing grant billing and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Manage fiscal compliance
• Assist with budget development
• Prepare fiscal reports
• Assist with grant reporting and audits
• Handle ad hoc projects and administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related discipline is preferred
• At least three years of non-profit grant (federal, state, and county) finance experience
• Non-profit/grant accounting & finance background is essential
• Very good time management and communication skills
• Strong database and technical experience required (advanced Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
