Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and refine compelling grant proposals and funding narratives.
• Critically review and enhance AI-assisted drafts to ensure highest quality before submission.
• Guarantee full compliance with specific funding guidelines and eligibility requirements.
• Potentially manage post-award reporting and cultivate funder relationships as needed.
• Effectively manage multiple deadlines across various projects.

Requirements

• Experienced Grant Writer with a Strong Track Record: Proven ability to secure funding with successful proposals.
• Deep Knowledge of Funding Landscapes: Expertise in various guidelines, evaluation criteria, and reporting structures (e.g., government, foundation, corporate grants).
• Independent Project Management: Ability to handle complex applications autonomously and consistently meet tight deadlines.
• Diverse Client Experience: Prior experience writing for SMEs, NGOs, research institutions, or startups.
• Excellent Written English Required: Fluency in additional EU languages is a strong advantage.
