About the role
BLH Technologies, Inc., is seeking a Grant Systems Specialist to support a federal contract with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to grant recipients on the use of federal reporting systems and tools.
- Support data collection, validation, and analysis to assess program performance and trends.
- Affiliate with internal stakeholders to ensure systems meet program and recipient needs.
- Develop and deliver training materials, webinars, and user guidance for grant reporting systems.
- Sustain Reports to Congress and other program performance reports using collected data.
- Affiliate with Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) clearance processes related to data collection activities.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data quality and reporting issues, offering guidance to recipients and staff.
- Maintain documentation and guidance related to system processes, reporting requirements, and data standards.
- Support integration of data across systems to enhance program oversight and decision-making.
- Collaborate with program and technical teams to improve data systems, workflows, and reporting efficiency.
Requirements
- Master's degree preferred (or bachelor's with equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting federal grant reporting systems (e.g., PPR, OLDC, GrantSolutions, or similar platforms)
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting in a federal or grant-funded environment
- Experience developing or delivering training or technical assistance on systems or tools
- Familiarity with PRA processes or federal data collection requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly related to data quality and reporting accuracy
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including federal staff and external grant recipients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay
Contingent upon contract award and funding. Candidates may be interviewed and selected prior to award; start dates are dependent on contract execution.
Schedule
Work Location: Washington, DC Metro area. May require occasional travel.
