The Post-Award Grant Specialist supports sponsored award accounting and compliance, ensuring charges are compliant and preventing over- or under-spending of awards. The role involves regular data entry and analysis within sponsor and university financial systems, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of sponsored project policies and university regulations. Exceptional customer service is provided through timely responses and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Support sponsored award accounting and compliance
• Ensure all charges are compliant and prevent over- or under-spending of awards
• Enter and analyze data in sponsor and university financial-related systems
• Maintain current knowledge of sponsored project policies and university rules and regulations
• Provide timely responses and follow-up to ensure exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent
• One year of related experience
