Grant Program Coordinator – Community Outreach –St. Vincent Medical Center

About the role

Provides oversight of grant-funded program to ensure the program is in line with best-practices and meets funder requirements, stated goals and program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the grant-funded program.
  • Direct supervision, training and evaluation of program staff.
  • Recruitment of program participants to ensure program capacity goals are met.
  • Work with the Program Supervisor and Grant Support Coordinator on budget planning and implementation.
• Collections and analyzes program data to ensure program is in line with best-practices and funder requirements and meets stated goals and objectives.
• Generates program and funder reports in accordance with stated deadlines.
• Represents the program on assigned community collaborative partnerships and at outreach events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of programming.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License.
• Experience with grants, data collection, and report writing.
• Ability to network and collaborate with community partners.
• Experience with collaborations.
