Responsibilities
- Organize and collate progress and annual reports for existing awards
- Process effort reporting across the entire portfolio on a semi-annual basis
- Process invoices as needed
- Perform monthly reconciliation of an individualized portfolio of FHS awards in excel using existing Grant Management tools
- Summarize and present the current state of awards to stakeholders on a monthly basis
- Perform bespoke financial analysis tasks as needed, such as gathering data for an audit report or summarizing a cross section of financial data for stakeholders or grantor agencies.
- Write and maintain documentation for process and data
- Other administrative or financial tasks as necessary
