About the role

As a Grant Administration Consultant, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to provide strategic insights and operational support within our Operations Consulting practice. You will analyze complex problems, develop solutions to enhance business operations, and build meaningful client connections. This role offers opportunities to mentor others, deepen your technical skills, and contribute to the success of clients and the firm’s overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex operational challenges within the health services sector to develop strategic solutions
  • Manage client support workstreams and deliver operational excellence in grant administration
  • Utilize business data analytics to enhance operational processes and drive business transformation
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights for process optimization
  • Implement quality standards and operational strategies to improve business performance metrics
  • Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and operational effectiveness
  • Conduct market research to inform operations strategy and support provider business operations
  • Plan and manage project resources to achieve operational goals and objectives
  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in operations management
  • Collaborate with teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in operations support

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of experience

Pay

Salary range: $77,000 – $202,000. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
