Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex operational challenges within the health services sector to develop strategic solutions.
  • Manage client support workstreams and deliver operational excellence in grant administration.
  • Utilize business data analytics to enhance operational processes and drive transformation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights for process optimization.
  • Implement quality standards and operational strategies to improve business performance metrics.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and operational effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research to inform operations strategy and support provider business operations.
  • Plan and manage project resources to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in operations management.
  • Collaborate with teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 – $202,000. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
