About the role
Responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to stakeholders on a timely basis.
- Oversee the processing of invoices and payments to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and address audit findings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
- CPA certification preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Skills
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
