Responsibilities
- Manage accounting activities for assigned state and federal grants
- Review and approve grant-related expenditures and procurement transactions
- Perform budget-to-actual analysis and prepare financial reports
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close activities
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and posting issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; Finance degree considered with strong accounting experience
- Grant accounting experience beyond accounts payable-focused responsibilities
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas
- Full-cycle accounting experience required
- Experience with Abila MIP accounting software preferred
Pay
$70,000 - $75,000
