About the role
The JLR retail apprenticeship programme is geared toward training the right candidate to become a qualified Customer Service Advisor. The role involves dealing directly with customers, scheduling vehicle service work, handling administrative tasks, and resolving customer complaints.
Responsibilities
- Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with Service Technicians.
- Booking/scheduling vehicle services.
- Liaising with customers about any additional work required.
- Estimating time and costs associated with repairs.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Responding to customer requests.
- Tracking the vehicle through the workshop.
Qualifications
Received (England: Standard): Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard
JLR specific certifications (Scotland/ Wales/ N.Ireland: Framework): Level 2 / Level 5 in Customer Service
