Apprentice Technician - Land Rover Denver

About the role

The Apprentice Technician at Holman is responsible for guided routine service on vehicles, diagnosing and completing repairs under the supervision of Master technicians. The role involves learning the latest mechanical processes and working closely with experienced technicians and the Service Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the workshop by completing tasks defined by the trainer/team leader or Shop Foreman.
• Shadow and help Technician Mentor.
• Work in a supervised capacity until necessary skills and training are acquired.
• Able to follow all rules of the road and posted speed limits while driving customer and dealership owned vehicles.

Requirements

• Technical school training highly desired.
• Current valid driver’s license is required, with a clean MVR or minimal violations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with due diligence to avoid additional damage to the customer's vehicle.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay

We offer competitive wages starting in the range of $20.54 - $27.21 USD per hour, commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location.
