This is an on-site position in Mountain View, Idaho.

About the role

Coordinate activities and perform duties related to the start-up, conduct, and close-out phases of clinical pharmaceutical protocols. Ensure clean, objective, and accurate data collection within sponsor timelines while adhering to applicable federal regulations, medical ethics, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), International Council of Harmonization (ICH), Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements, and specific sponsor protocol requirements. Work closely with patients, sponsor representatives, physicians, and nursing staff.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate start-up, conduct, and close-out phases of clinical pharmaceutical protocols.
  • Obtain clean, objective, and accurate data within sponsor timelines.
  • Follow federal regulations, medical ethics, GCPs, ICH, IRB requirements, and sponsor protocol requirements.
  • Collaborate with patients, sponsor representatives, physicians, and nursing staff.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent or higher.
  • Experience working in a doctor’s office or other medical office (medical knowledge is a plus but not required).
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English (bilingual is a plus).
  • Understanding of medical terminology.
  • Ability to read, understand, and assimilate protocol-specified requirements or ask appropriate questions to gain clarity.
