Position Overview

Salary range is estimated based on potential overtime hours plus train loading incentives and may vary. Position qualifies for a first-year retention bonus.

What You Will Do

• Load and unload grain products
• Absist in operating grain elevators
• Build valuable relationships with local customers in the area
• Gain hands-on skills by performing routine maintenance and repairs
• Learn how to monitor and maintain grain quality
• Aid in loading trains
• May help at other locations in the area
• Operate equipment and obtain certifications
