Grain Operations Specialist

The Grain Operations Specialist at Centerra Co-op is responsible for taking pride and ownership in their work, enjoying physical labor, interacting positively with others, responding well under pressure, and having an internal drive to serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Safety is the top priority.
• Grade, sample, and store grain received from customers after proper training.
• Maintain a grain grading license.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ship and receive grain commodities.
• During peak business seasons or periods of increased demand, this role may temporarily assist in other departments to maintain service levels and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
