Grain Facility Location Operator

About the role

We seek a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Grain Facility Location Operator.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading of grain
• Maintaining grain quality and operating equipment
• Ensuring efficiency and accuracy at every step
• Keeping grain facilities and equipment clean and well-maintained
• Assisting the agronomy department during the bustling agronomy season
• Seamlessly transitioning between different tasks and demonstrating adaptability
• Maintaining exemplary attendance and a proactive attitude

Requirements

• Able to meet physical requirements including prolonged standing, working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Able to work in varying conditions such as heat and cold
• Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record

• Competitive pay of $19.00 - $23.50 per hour based on experience

Schedule

The schedule for this full-time Grain Facility Location Operator position is Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Extended hours, including weekends, are necessary during peak season.
