We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also remove "Third-Party Agency & Recruiter Notice", "Equal Opportunity Employer", "Responsibilities All roles at Acceleration Academies include core responsibilities..." etc. Also remove "Ready to Make a Difference?" maybe that's application instruction? It's a call to apply; likely considered application instruction, remove. Also remove "Work Location: ..."? That's location info; maybe keep as part of About the role? Not sure. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include location in a paragraph. We need sections: About the role (maybe from "The Role" paragraph). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (Education, Experience). Skills (list). Benefits (Compensation, insurance, PTO, wellness, referral, professional dev, bonus). Pay (maybe separate? They said include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state starting at $18.00 an hour. So we can have Pay section. Schedule? Not mentioned; no schedule details, so omit Schedule. Benefits section includes benefits; Pay separate maybe. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have concrete. We need to use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's extract content. About Acceleration Academies: first paragraph about mission. Could be About the role? Actually "About Acceleration Academies" is company description. Could be placed under About the role? Might be better as About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we can have About the role containing description of role and maybe company overview. But we have "The Role" paragraph. We'll put that under About the role. Responsibilities: we have "Key Responsibilities" with subheadings: Community Engagement and Advocacy, Recruitment and Canvassing, Enrollment, Retention and Attendance, Academics, Operations. Each has bullet-like sentences. We'll turn each responsibility into
  • . Could group under a single
      with each responsibility as
    • . Or we could have subheadings inside? Not required; just list. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree required. Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in educational support, case management, or working with at-risk youth. Skills: list: Strong relationship building and excellent communication across differences...; ability to motivate others and inspire confidence; strong organization and executive function; comfort taking charge and making decisions with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment; sound judgment in conflict resolution; passion: genuine commitment...; technology: advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and email required, along with Zoom; ability to learn new systems quickly and pivot as priorities shift; proficiency with learning management systems and educational technology tools expected. Preferred Qualifications: list: willingness to obtain Ohio substitute teaching license; familiarity with myINCITE, Slack, or similar platforms; bilingual skills, Spanish preferred; experience in non traditional educational settings; comfort with project based and competency based learning approaches. We could combine Skills and Preferred Qualifications under Skills section? But they said Skills section for skills; Preferred Qualifications could be part of Requirements or Skills. Might be better to put under Requirements? Actually they have separate "What We’re Looking For" with Education, Experience, Skills, Passion, Technology. Then "Preferred Qualifications". We could treat Requirements as Education+Experience, and Skills as Skills+Technology+Preferred Qualifications? But they said use sections only when posting has real specific content. We can have Requirements (Education & Experience), Skills (Skills, Technology, Preferred Qualifications). Or we could have Requirements (Education, Experience, Preferred Qualifications) and Skills (Skills). Let's decide: We'll have Requirements (Education & Experience). Skills (Skills, Technology, Preferred Qualifications). That seems fine. Benefits: list: Competitive Compensation: Starting at $18.00 an hour; Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with up to a 4% company match; Comprehensive Insurance Coverage: list many; Flexible Paid Time Off; Wellness Support; Employee Referral Incentives; Professional Development: Certification reimbursement programs; Bonus Opportunities: performance-based bonuses. Pay: Starting at $18.00 an hour. Could be separate Pay section. But we already have compensation in Benefits. Might be redundant. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Pay into Benefits. But they said include Pay section only if posting actually states them. Could still include Pay as separate but that would be thin. Better to include Pay within Benefits. However they gave example headings including Pay. But we can omit Pay if we incorporate into Benefits. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should avoid thin Pay section. So we will not create a separate Pay section; we will include compensation in Benefits. Schedule: not present, omit. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits. Now we need to strip boilerplate: remove "About Acceleration Academies" maybe keep as part of About the role? The first paragraph about mission is about company; we can keep as part of About the role. Remove "Work Location: 4030 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45229 This position is onsite at Cincinnati Acceleration Academy. Additional cities listed on this posting reflect the surrounding areas we recruit from, not alternate work sites." This is location info; we can fold into a short

maybe under About the role. Remove "Ready to Make a Difference? If you’re passionate..." etc. Remove "Third-Party Agency & Recruiter Notice", "Equal Opportunity Employer", "Responsibilities All roles at Acceleration Academies include core responsibilities..." etc. Also remove "Physical & Work Environment" maybe? That's about physical demands; could be considered part of Requirements? Not exactly. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's job details. Could be included under Requirements? But it's not a requirement; it's work environment. Could be omitted as not essential? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Physical & Work Environment is substantive. Should we keep? It describes physical demands. Could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section? But we have no heading for Physical Demands. Could we add a section? Not in allowed headings list but we could still use

for any heading? They gave examples but not exclusive. Probably we should stick to given headings; but we could incorporate into Requirements or Skills? Might be better to add a section "Work Environment" but not in list. Safer to omit? But that would lose info. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could add a section "Work Environment" but not in examples; risk. I'd rather incorporate into Requirements as a bullet? Not exactly requirement. Could add a

under Requirements describing physical demands. Let's include a paragraph under Requirements about Physical & Work Environment. Now compile. HTML:
