Graduate Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design using hand calculations and industry-standard software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Prepare project documentation and calculations with accuracy and timeliness
• Support construction administration, including reviewing shop drawings and responding to RFIs
• Gain experience across different project types and markets over time
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives
• Participate in client meetings and networking opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis)
• Master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis), required
• Pursuing PE licensure in state of residence (structural designation); engineer in training (EIT) required
• Familiarity with structural analysis software such as RAM or Tekla Structural Designer
• Working knowledge of Revit, BIM 360, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
• High level of accountability and attention to detail
